First established in Worthing in 1989 with 4 drivers, we now have over 220 vehicles regularly servicing customers between Brighton & Chichester. With offices located in Worthing, Lancing & Littlehampton, we utilise local knowledge to provide efficient and reliable transport 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. At Arrow we have an experienced team of 30+ staff with a manager available 24 hours a day.

Dedicated dispatchers monitor bookings at all times, ensuring your journey always goes to plan! Ringing to check the progress of a vehicle? Our system will recognise you already have a booking and give you an ETA before connecting you to a telephonist.
You will be provided with vehicle details to ensure you find your taxi safely & a booking reference should you need to refer back to this journey.
