We will also perform an appropriate licence check with the DVLA, your local licensing authority and anti-fraud agencies.
We and / or our insurance underwriters reserve the right to refuse service at any time without giving reason or notice.

Oil and Filters Servicing will take at least an hour so please make sure you leave plenty of time for this.
If you need to change your service appointment to another time / day we require at least 24 hours notice or you may incur a cancellation fee.
You are required to arrive at our nominated service centre at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
We understand the importance of keeping you rolling and our service partners excel in providing top-notch maintenance and repair - and is able to do it quickly.

If you require roadside assistance following a vehicle breakdown, please call the number provided and quote the vehicle registration number.
Move your vehicle off the road if you can, but watch out for soft verges that could make it tricky to get going again.
It's usually safer to wait well away from your vehicle and moving traffic, behind a suitable barrier if you can.
If you have one, and it's safe to do so, put a warning triangle at least 45m (50 yards) behind your vehicle.
If you require roadside assistance following a vehicle breakdown, please call the number provided and quote the vehicle registration number.
