Taxis-Transfers is a co-operative of Salford taxi drivers. They have come together to provide the people of Salford and the Greater Manchester area with an unbeatable service. Year upon year we have grown to become the largest supplier of licensed taxis in Salford and we are always seeking feedback to try and improve our service. All of our driver's have a minimum of 10 years experience as Taxi drivers. in fact, some of our drivers have over 30 years in the business. From a traditional, London-style Taxi, up to our newest vehicles in the fleet -which can seat up to 8 passengers or two wheelchairs and 4 passengers. All our vehicles are wheelchair accessible and fully secured using a 4-point locking system for the chair and also a personal seat belt for the passenger.
All of our drivers have taken and passed our local knowledge test and are required to update all their licensing, including having an enhanced DBS check every 3 years.

In our specially-adapted vehicles we can safely transport a wheelchair securely fastened to the taxi via a 4-point safety locking system and a personal seat belt for the passenger.

Your taxi to the airport should be stress free and so we confirm with you the day before and the driver will also text you when he is on the way.
We use a flight tracker to track your flight and see when it has landed.
Once confirmed, our driver will text you to let you know he is available when you are ready, and you can arrange where to meet him.

As we track all flights should this occur we will put the vehicle on hold until we can see that the flight is due for arrival.
In the very rare circumstance that your flight delay coincides with another booking we will strive to get a replacement vehicle to you as soon as possible.
