Once downloaded to your device or mobile telephone you will be able to book your transport directly via the APP, Debit and Credit Card facilities are built into the APP and journeys can be pre paid or paid at the journeys end. You can book safe in the knowledge that your vehicle and your driver are fully licensed by multiple local authorities and cleared through the CRB and DBS enhanced clearing service.
Our systems require up to the minute insurance and licensing details for both driver and vehicles before any driver can be allocated work by the App or the in office dispatching equipment. Once booked through the App our automatic "textback" service will give you confirmation of your booking and also details of the drivers name and his / her vehicle details including Make, Model, Colour and Registration directly to the mobile telephone that made the APP booking.
Contact can be made via the APP at the touch of a button directly with your driver whilst they are en route to your pick up point on his / her mobile phone.
