We are in Alnwick in holiday and booked a train down to Newcastle to see Hadrien's Wall. The trains were cancelled due to medical issue at stop just before ours. There was a list of taxis at the Almouth station- Wizard Private Hire was the first one able to pick us up quickly(it was raining). We had asked to go back to the hotel and we were going to regroup. he offered to drive us to Hadrien's Wall - wait for us - and drive us back.
We took him up on his offer (rather than taking bus ). Right on time, friendly, helpful and really good price & you get a text message to say he's arrived.
